No sign for fracture clinic outside i n the corridor.
I was put in ENT waiting area and not told it was also waiting area for A & E x rays.
Suggested improvements
Ihad to wait for 2 hours to be x rayed saving to let everyone in A and e to have priority. Obviously I realise I wasnt needing priority but maybe i could have been told there were several emergencies to go before me.
Also the fracture clinic did not have a sign up outside.

I didn't have any food at the hospital but the staff were uniformly present.

I was very happy with the treatment I received in the minor injuries department. It was enacted swiftly & with humour.

After a bad experience previously with another doctor, I explained to the doctor my daughters nervousness to have her hand looked at and touched. This was taken into account the whole way through and every step was explained fully before anything was done - my daughter is no longer having the panic she had previously over the incident and she was shown such care and spoken to directly each time, A big thank you from us both

I attended A& E with my daughter who had tonsillitis and was finding it difficult to breath I was dealt with promptly and felt well cared for, I could not fault any of the care my daughter was given thank you to everyone .
